How to Checkout with Yeylo on partner via PGW
- Add to cart and select Yeylo or JazzCash at checkout
- Select Yeylo (pay in 3 instalments)
- Enter CNIC & JazzCash Phone number (MSISDN)
- Review the instalment plan and proceed. Please ensure you have enough funds in your JazzCash wallet for the 1st instalment otherwise transaction will fail.
- Enter OTP received on your registered mobile account
- Enter your MPIN
For Jazz users: A USSD prompt will show up on your device, enter your JazzCash MPIN there.
For non-Jazz users: Go to JazzCash App -> Go to Account on top right -> Payment Requests -> Find the transaction -> Enter MPIN
· Order placed. Do not leave the screen until you are automatically redirected.
How to Checkout with Yeylo via QR
- Scan the QR placed at the store counter top
- Select Yeylo (pay in 3 instalments)
- Customer enters the total product amount after confirming from the store
- Customer will be shown their instalment plan and payable amount today
- Customer proceeds to MPIN and order is placed
Installment Plan
Your purchase is split into 3 equal monthly installments. A 15% service charge (5% per installment) applies to the total purchase amount.

All repayments are made via the JazzCash App. Minimum order value is PKR 100
Cashback details
- Cashback is calculated on the total Yeylo order value, which includes the 15% service fee — not on the original product price alone. Example; if a customer places an order of 5,000. A 15% fee is charged ontop of this making it 5,750 in total. The cashback is posted on 5,750 and not 5,000. Additionally, the cashback will not exceed the designated cashback cap.
- Cashback is posted every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed on weekends are credited the following Monday or the next working day.
- Cashback is posted from the order placement date.
- Exclusively for Yeylo Buy Now Pay Later orders.
- Cashbacks are verified per internal policy. If yours isn't credited, you may raise a query and a reason will be provided.
- Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash or used to offset installment repayments
Eligibility
Who can avail this offer
- All eligible Yeylo by JazzCash users with an active JazzCash account and the JazzCash App installed.
- Your wallet must have sufficient balance to cover the 1st installment at the time of purchase.
- You must meet Yeylo's credit scoring eligibility criteria.
- Spending limit must accommodate the purchase (PKR 100 – PKR 50,000).
You may not be eligible if
- Your wallet has insufficient balance for the first installment.
- Your Yeylo credit score does not meet the required threshold.
- You have a pending ReadyCash loan or an outstanding Yeylo BNPL balance.
- The cart value exceeds your assigned Yeylo spending limit.
Repayment Options
Via JazzCash App
Open the JazzCash App → Tap the Yeylo Buy Now, Pay Later icon → Go to the Repayment tab and follow the prompts.
Via USSD (*786#)
Dial *786# → Select 9 for Buy Now, Pay Later → Choose 1 for Full Payment or 2 for Partial Payment → Enter your MPIN to confirm.
Early repayment carries no penalties and restores your spending limit immediately. Installments are also auto-deducted from your wallet on scheduled due dates.
Late Payment & Default
- If an installment is not paid by the due date, JazzCash will auto-deduct the amount from your wallet once funds become available.
- Continued non-payment will result in your account being reported to eCIB (Electronic Credit Information Bureau), negatively impacting your credit score.
- Outstanding BNPL amounts must be cleared before initiating a new Yeylo transaction.
Returns, Refunds & Faulty Products
- Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase (may vary by brand or partner). This refund is processed by the brand through the refund API.
- Eligible scenarios include: order not placed but payment deducted, items not delivered, damaged items, or partial deliveries.
- For exchanges or product-related concerns, contact the brand directly.
- For refund requests, contact JazzCash Customer Support: 4444 (Jazz) or 021-111-124-444.
- JazzCash acts solely as the payment partner and is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or fulfillment.
